We have someone shovel snow around the property, including the patio during the winter months, we expect guests to be ok with us sending someone over to complete this task. The same applies for mowing the lawn and garbage removal from the garage. Please be advised that there may be a fire ban in place. As a result, the use of the fire pit may not allowed. Any person who ignites, fuels, supervises, maintains, or permits an outdoor fire within the area during this fire ban may be fined $1,000.

Our stay was great. With 2 families there was more than enough room to spread out into our own areas. The kitchen offered more than enough amenities needed to cook a large meal and more than enough seating for our group of 10. Beds were comfortable and the area is quiet. The view from the main floor during autumn was an added bonus. Hosts had great communication and home was within good driving distance to downtown and calaway park. Thanks again and would recommend!

We loved staying here. We could walk via the back trail to the strip mall with a local coffee shop and grocery store. There was a playground that we could walk to with the kids to keep them entertained and wear them out. The house had so many areas to work, socialize, play - plenty of space. We were 6 adults and 3 kids under 3. The laundry facilities were essential for our crew with young kids. We appreciated that the kitchen had plates, cups, utensils for kids. My son commented that it was the most beautiful deck in which he has had the opportunity to grill. Only caution for prospective renters - the main floor contains some areas in which a step up or down is needed. We would definitely rent here again.

Ben and Fahey’s house was a great stay. The house is roomy and bright. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great to work in with all of our family. Definitely would recommend for anyone with a larger group looking to enjoy beautiful Calgary. The only thing that could’ve made it better was furniture on the top patio to sit out. Thank you so much!

Ben and Fay's place was just as described in the listing. It was plenty spacious for our group of seven; we especially appreciated the large kitchen and living space, and of course the hot tub being conveniently accessed from the basement. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Ben and Fay were very quick to respond when we had a question from time to time. The location is in a quiet neighborhood away from busy streets -- we never heard noise from neighbors or traffic. The property is in good condition and well updated. Overall recommended!

Myself and 4 family members checked into the Royal Ravine Luxury Retreat on Monday, August 11th and we were pleased about what a lovely and welcoming house we entered. It was easy to check into and I always got a quick a friendly response from Ben and Fay with any questions I had. Our stay was wonderful. We did not even feel like we were in the City, it was quiet and peaceful with spacious but cozy sitting areas and dining spaces. The bedrooms were comfortable and so clean. Enjoyed the hot tub and private back yard. We have already recommended this to friends and family. Brenda
