Other Details to Note
Hot tub temperature might vary depending on the temperature outside between 96 F and 100 F and we ask all guests to not proceed with the booking if this will present an issue. We have someone shovel snow around the property, including the patio during the winter months, we expect guests to be ok with us sending someone over to complete this task. The same applies for mowing the lawn and garbage removal. Root weevil beetles may enter the house from the surrounding yard. These bugs, beetles and spiders are harmless.
