We have someone remove snow around the property, including the deck during the winter months, we expect guests to be ok with us sending someone over to complete this task. The same applies for maintaining the hot tub and removing garbage from the garage. Please be advised that there may be a fire ban in place. As a result, the use of the fire pit may not allowed. Any person who ignites, fuels, supervises, maintains, or permits an outdoor fire within the municipal boundaries of Rocky View County during this fire ban may be fined $1,000.
