We kindly ask for your understanding as maintenance staff may need to access the exterior to complete this task. The same applies for lawn mowing during summer and garbage removal from inside the garage accessible from outside. ✔ Fire Pit & Fire Ban Advisory – Please be advised that a fire ban may be in effect during certain periods. When a fire ban is active, the use of the fire pit is strictly prohibited. Any person who ignites, fuels, supervises, maintains, or permits an outdoor fire during a fire ban may be subject to a $1,000 fine.
