Other Details to Note
• NO PARTIES. Gatherings, celebrations, or unregistered visitors are not permitted. • $500 damage deposit required for pets and special events which is fully refundable provided the property is left in good condition. Special events include but are not limited to: Birthday Parties, gatherings with friends, Bachelorette/Bachelor parties, etc. (Need Host Approval) • Please only park directly in front of house. It is the responsibility of the booking guest to inform all guests, that parking across the street is not allowed. 2 vehicles are allowed but any additional parking requires host approval. • We have an additional pet cleaning fee of $100. • Please note that late checkouts without prior approval from the host will incur a penalty or additional charge. • Cleanliness: The cleaning fee covers standard turnover only (laundry, vacuuming, surface cleaning). Excessive mess, deep cleaning, soiled carpets, or excessive trash will result in additional charges. • Before leaving the home: Turn off lights and electronics, close all windows, and lock doors. • Noise: Guests must observe quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. • Security devices: Exterior security cameras are installed for safety purposes. Do not tamper with, disable, or remove any security or monitoring devices. Fines apply for interference. • We have someone shovel snow, we expect guests to be ok with us sending someone over to complete these tasks. The same applies for mowing the lawn and garbage removal.
