Important Note: If you require access to Bow River please contact us and we will provide additional details. To access the river you walk around Emerald Bay Dr, then take a right on Emerald Bay where you would reach a gate which you would walk around. Train across river may be heard on occasion only from outside. We have someone shovel snow around the property, including the patio during the winter months, we expect guests to be ok with us sending someone over to complete this task. The same applies for mowing the lawn and garbage removal from the garage. Please be advised that there may be a fire ban in place. As a result, the use of the fire pit may not allowed. Any person who ignites, fuels, supervises, maintains, or permits an outdoor fire within the municipal boundaries of Rocky View County during this fire ban may be fined $1,000.
