The property is a brand new construction home. It is situated in a new neighbourhood in Calgary with construction activity. Guests should be aware that there may be noise from construction vehicles during the day. The home builder has not completed the front and backyard yet and there are tripping hazards. Guests should use caution when walking up to the property and guests accept responsibility for any injury outside the control of the hosts. The construction activity is out of our control and we kindly ask all guests be mindful. Please Note: Renovation work will be taking place in the basement, and contractors may be on-site. They have their own separate access.
