✔️ No Parties or Events: To maintain the comfort of all guests and neighbours, parties and large gatherings are not permitted. ✔️ No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite. ✔️ Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours. ✔️ Private Suite: This is a basement suite with a private entrance. There may be guests staying in the main floor unit, but you will not share any indoor spaces. ✔️ Parking: Free street parking is available nearby. Please ensure you park in designated parking areas. ✔️ Self Check-In: You’ll receive a unique access code before your arrival for easy, contactless check-in. ✔️ Shared Backyard & Fire Pit The backyard and fire pit are shared spaces with other guests and tenants. Fire pit use outside is free of charge if firewood is provided by guests. If firewood is not provided, there is a $68 fee, which covers restocking firewood and cleaning. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. All guests must clean the fire pit to the best of their ability after use and dispose of burnt wood and ash. Use the fire pit safely and responsibly at all times. Clean up after yourself and leave the area tidy for the next person. ✔️ We have someone mow the lawn and shovel snow around the property, we expect guests to be ok with us sending someone over to complete this task.
