We have someone shovel snow around the property, including the patio during the winter months, we expect guests to be ok with us sending someone over to complete this task. The same applies for mowing the lawn and garbage removal from the garage. NOTE: This property does not have air conditioning. If AC is essential for your stay, we kindly ask that you do not book this property. Root weevil beetles may enter the house from the surrounding yard. These bugs, beetles and spiders are harmless.
